Due to the nature of the product, very little market data was available.

Approach:

Conducting numerous expert interviews with companies that used the product for various applications, and validating quantitative assumptions with them in order to quantify the potential and evaluate market growth options, as well as recommendations for organisational changes.

Results:

Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the company, with recommendations for a corporate strategy and organisational changes, which were implemented later on.
