Objective:

Technical and sales training for energy saving lamps

Challenges:

Transmit technical competence and sales methodology in a short timeframe

Approach:

Design a two day training program with the first day consisting of technical training and the second of sales methodology for the three main lines of energy saving lamps. By combining each theoretical element with a number of role playing games the acquired knowledge could be embedded in the daily sales routine in a sustainable manner.

Results:

In three two day training sessions 59 sales people were trained and after returning to their respctive points of sales, the turnover figures increased in the double digit range within the first week already.
